Applied Research Project with Mercy Connections Justice & Mentoring Program
I delivered a training during the Justice & Mentor Program Spring Mentor Training, which provided an overview on a common used term, "prosocial," presenting research on prosocial development specific to women who are or have been incarcerated, and how mentors can support prosocial development for their mentee matches.
