Over the course of my studies, my workplace experiences in three different organizations, my research, classroom discussions, reflections, and, finally, in my internship, I addressed seven essential themes of the Educational Leadership Program (EDLP) in a number of ways.

 

Here, I provide the core elements of each theme (as outlined in the EDLP Program Handbook), and I highlight exemplars, thereby presenting my successful completion of the program expectations for the leaders it sends out into the world.
