EDFS 206 - Comparative Education with David Shiman 

My "Equality Theme Paper" critically looked at immigrant education in Finland and applied the theories and methods to propose educational reform in the United States.

PA 395 Multicultural Leadership with Prem Timsina

The Multicultural Leadership Course was an incredible in-depth exploration of diversity and culture in the context of organizations and leadership. This final co-written paper presents final reporting on interviews with two multicultural leaders.

EDFS 302 Philosophy of Education with Robert Nash

In a scholarly personal narrative, I reflect on what is the single most important aspect of teaching and leadership for me: the recognized dignity and deserved respect in every person.
